11. Model Clauses/ Certificates Model Clauses and Model Certificates which may be inserted in tenders / obtained from Bidders are given at Annexure-13. While adhering to the substance of the Order, procuring entities are free to appropriately modify the wording of these clauses based on their past experience, local needs etc. without making any reference to Department of Expenditure.
