3.10.6 The final audit in respect of payments made in London by the High Commissioner for India

(a) to staff on behalf of the Embassies to which they are attached and for miscellaneous supplies made to them; and

(b) on account of expenditure of Indian delegations to the United Kingdom and elsewhere should be conducted by the Audit Officer in India with reference to the sanctions issued by the Government.
