D. Special classes of payments 3.10.32 Certain special classes of payments (also referred to in paragraph 3.10.23 supra) hitherto being made by the Missions under standing arrangements or in terms of special orders issued in this behalf will continue to be made on the basis of the sanctions/payment authorities as specified in the relevant orders.
