REGISTERS OF PENSION PAYMENT ORDERS 14.14 Questions affecting the pension or pensionable service of a Government Servant which for their decision depend on circumstances known at the time shall be considered as soon as they arise. Except in cases covered by the preceding sentence or in individual cases under specific orders of Government, the Accountant General may not give advice upon any questions connected with the claim of a Government Servant to pension until the permissible period prescribed for the submission of formal application for pension begins.
