(II) ADMISSION TO GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND 3.02

(i) No one should be allowed to subscribe for the first time without getting account number allotted to him by this office. If, however, a new name appears in the schedule of G.P.Fund deductions, the eligibility should be checked and application in Form No.3 should be called for.
