Section 7 – Criminal charges against violating Bidder

(s) If the Principal obtains knowledge of the conduct of a Bidder, Contractor, or Subcontractor, or of an employee or a representative or an allied firm of a Bidder, Contractor or Subcontractor which constitutes corruption, or if the Principal has substantive suspicion in this regard, the Principal shall inform the same to the Chief Vigilance Officer.
