Para 6.3 — CAM

(i) That the advance has been sanctioned by the competent authority;

(ii) That the amount sanctioned is covered by the balance at the credit of the subscriber;

(iii) That the conditions under which the advance can be granted under the relevant rules of the Fund are fulfilled; and

(iv) That past recovery on account of principal is being made regularly.

6.3 SUBSCRIPTIONS 6.3.1 If a subscription is made for the first time or whenever a revised rate of subscription is adopted, it should be seen that the amount of subscription is within the minimum and maximum limits prescribed under the relevant rules of the Fund, including the annual threshold limit prescribed by Govt. of India from time to time. The emoluments as on 31st March of the preceding year shall be taken for the calculation of subscription under the rules of the Fund.
