15.18.2 The grand total of Statement 2,3,4 and 5 should tally with each other. 15.18.3 On receipt of ‘Put Through’ from RBI, the total receipt is adjusted as minus debit to the head PSB Suspense and total refunds as minus credit to 'PSB Suspense' and by debit/credit to ‘8675 Deposits with Reserve Bank ' Central Civil Reserve Bank (PSB). This adjustment will be carried out by Pr.Accounts Office.
