I got 1st promotion on 19-5-2011 as Statistical Investigator Grade 1 (Re-designated as Senior Statistical Officer - Group ‘B'-Gazetted later on) with Grade Pay ₹ 4,600, i.e. Level 8 in 7th CPC and 2nd promotion on 8-7-2024 as Assistant Director - Group ‘A', i.e. JTS with Grade Pay ₹ 5,600 in Level 10. 1st MACP, 2nd MACP were granted to me with effect from 8-8-2004, 8-8-2014 respectively. Now, 3rd MACP with Grade Pay ₹ 5,600 in Level 9 with effect from 8-8-2024 as the Departmental Screening Committee meeting for this MACP held before my promotion as Assistant Director. My query is that am I eligible to get 3rd MACP with Grade Pay ₹ 6,600 in Level 11 or not. After getting promotion my pay is not fixed for time being. My pay as on 7-7-2024 is ₹ 81,200 in Level 8. Considering the above points, what will be the my pay as on 8-7-2024 (date of assumption of charge as Assistant Director), 8-8-2024 (date of effect of 3rd MACP) and date of next increment (DNI)℃
