Mudilier, who was a Cashier under Garrison Engineers (R-2). The case revo... — Facts: The Applicant is husband of Smt. Padma S. Mudilier who died while in service under R-2. Her settlement dues were withheld for certain financial irregularities committed by the deceased while working as Cashier under the Respondents and a police complaint filed against her was pending at the time of her death. A charge-sheet was also filed pending at the time of her death. As the Applicant did not get the final settlement dues of his deceased wife, he filed this OA for setting aside the Orders, dated 29-6-2012 and 15-11-2013 with consequential benefits and disburse pensionary benefits henceforth with 18% interest on the amounts due till the date of payment. The judgment analyzes the case for due amount to be paid to the Applicants as stated by him and available on record.
