The pensioner was wrongly fixed at 5,637 instead of the m... — Facts : This is an individual case of a super-aged pensioner who retired on 31-10-1985 when he was serving as Head Storekeeper in the scale of pay of ₹ 425 - 600 and was issued with a PPO as per Rule. As per 6th CPC his pension is to be fixed as ₹ 6,750 plus grade pay. However his pension is wrongly fixed as ₹ 5,637. He prays for the minimum pension of ₹ 7,215 related to the grade S-10 with effect from 1-1-2006. Tribunal after hearing both sides held:
