Applicant is aggrieved by non-sanction of family pension, death gratuity and terminal benefits of deceased employee. The Judgment allowed the O... — Facts: One Mr. Narendra Sinha @ Narendra Kumar Sinha was employed with BSNL as Senior Telecom Operating Assistant. He died on 11-8-2008. The Applicant claims to be the wife of the late Narendra Sinha. On the basis of a succession certificate, terminal benefits were granted to the Applicant along with one Miss Mohana Sinha and Shri Shashank Sinha by dividing the shares. However, the Respondent authorities refused to grant family pension stating that the terminal benefits were granted on the basis of succession certificate, but there is no proof of the Applicant being the wife of the deceased. Hence the Applicant filed the OA.
