Hence the rejection of the case of the Applicant herein for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Postmaster (GDSBPM) at Barnaddi Post Office on the basis of trivial error, i.e. he did not reply to the question under Sr. Nos. 12 and 14 of the advertisement relating to his shifting to the place of P.O. village in the event of his selection and whether he holds any elected post is not proper. Hence the Applicant's case is ordered to be reconsidered — The chunk discusses an OA (Original Application) No. 150 of 2012 filed by an applicant who was not selected for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Postmaster (GDS BPM). The OA aimed to set aside the... — Facts : The Applicant herein applied for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Postmaster (GDS BPM). He was not selected and R-4 was selected and posted. Hence he had filed this OA to set aside the posting of R-4 vide No. A.A/X-21/EDA/Barnaddi B.O., dated 30-4-2012 and consider his case for posting. The Applicant applied for the post of GDS BPM at Barnaddi Branch PO for which the minimum qualification prescribed is HSLC passed. The Applicant possessed that qualification with 512 marks. But R-4 even though obtained less marks in HSLC namely 483 marks she was selected. Hence the Applicant complains against the selection. The reason given by Respondent to reject the candidature of the Applicant was that, he had not submitted complete application as Columns 12 and 14 are not filled which queries his willingness to be shifted to the PO village and whether he possessed any elected post.
