29. Endorsement of copies of rules, regulations and orders by Government Departments Government departments shall invariably endorse, otherwise send or make available to Audit Office and the Accounts Office, copies of all rules, regulations and general orders regulating the raising of revenues, incurring of expenditure and liabilities and management of assets and liabilities, as soon as these are issued.
