Applicant, should first apply for compassionate ground appointment to Superintendent of Posts, Nagaon Division through prescribed pro forma within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The earlier O.A. No. 339/2018, was disposed of by directing the Respondents to hear the Applicant and dispose of case keeping the GDS MD of Fakuli Pathar B.O. kept vacant without filling it up.

In this case, Applicant did not submit the request in the prescribed pro forma. Hence she was advised to collect the prescribed pro forma application for forwarding the same to Circle Relaxation Committee for consideration.

In the pro forma submitted by the Applicant, neither Applicant put her signature nor the date. Hence the Tribunal agreed with the speaking order, dated 9-4-2019. Applicant was directed to follow the correct procedure for application of the compassionate appointment. Further, the Tribunal noted that the Applicant without approaching the department first for appointment came to the Court alleging that the Respondent authorities have not responded to the said pro forma application (A/12).
