An enquiry by a nominated Enquiry Officer stated that charges are proved beyond any shadow of doubt. Accordingly, the Applicant was removed from service as a punishment vide order, dated 29-10-2018. Being aggrieved, Applicant filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority on 22-5-2019 under Section 13 of the GDS Conduct and Engagement Rules, 2011 which was received by the Appellate Authority on the same day. Hence Tribunal directed the Appellate Authority CPMG to dispose of the pending appeal within a month from the date of receipt of this order. The decisions taken by Appellate Authority shall be communicated to the Applicant forthwith. Liberty was given to the Applicant to approach the Tribunal if his girevance is not redressed by the Appellate Authority.
