Model Clauses/ Certificate regarding compliance: A certificate shall be taken from bidders in the tender documents (please see Annexure 11) that the extant guidelines for participation in the tenders (which should include conditions for implementation of this Order) have been complied with. If such a certificate is given by a bidder whose bid was accepted is found to be false, this would be a ground for debarment and further legal action in accordance with the law. Model Clauses and Model Certificates, which may be inserted in tenders / obtained from Bidders, are given in Annexure-11. While adhering to the substance of the Order, procuring entities are free to appropriately modify the wording of these clauses based on their past experience, local needs, etc.
