3.5.4 In order to identify the bodies and authorities that attract audit under Sections 14 and 15 of the Act, Governments and Heads of Departments are required to furnish to Audit every year detailed information about the financial assistance given to various institutions, the purpose
(s) for which the assistance was sanctioned and the total expenditure of the institutions.
