PLUS AND MINUS MEMORANDUM 7.4 The deposit checker must be careful to see that the receipts, repayments and balances are correctly brought forward in the plus and minus memorandum which are received from the Treasury in respect of each class of deposits vide Article 120 of the Account Code Volume II and specially that any lapsed items are correctly written off. He should also see that the closing balance for March agrees with that of the ProofSheet.
