GENERAL PRINCIPLES RELATING TO CHECK AGAINST PROVISION OF FUNDS 3.1 Articles 112 to 116 and 202 to 206 of the Constitution contain the important financial provisions which describe the control which Parliament and Legislatures of the States, exercise over expenditure from the Consolidated Funds of India and the Consolidated Fund of the State respectively.
