DUTIES OF THE AG(A&E) IN RELATION TO PLAN EXPENDITURE 17.3 It is the duty of the Accountant General (A&E) to furnish a statement of plan expenditure figures for each year duly reconciled with those of the State Government to Accountant General (Audit) for audit and certification. The statement of expenditure is to be furnished in the form given below:
