# ENTITLEMENT REGISTER OF GAZETTED GOVERNMENT SERVANTS PAY ALLOWANCES
What This Means
The Entitlements Register (Form 60) is the central record through which all pay and allowance payments to gazetted officers are controlled. Each officer has a separate folio where all government orders about their emoluments — post creation, pay fixation, special pay, allowances, confirmations, charge dates, leave, transfers, and reversions — are recorded. The emoluments are fixed by the AG according to service rules, and separate money columns are opened and attested by the Branch Officer when pay slips are issued.
