SPECIAL PROCEDURE FOR CONTRIBUTORY PROVIDENT FUND 12.62 The Contributory Provident Fund Accounts should be maintained in a ledger, Form 54 where ledger accounts are posted in manuscript. In cases where machine methods are adopted for the purpose, the accounts should be maintained in Form 32 with suitable manuscript additions and alterations.
