I opted for pay fixation from DNI with effect from 1-7-2021. Subsequently, I got regular promotion to the post of Assistant (L7), with effect from 29-12-2023 after clearing DQE. As there's no pay fixation on promotion after MACP, my pay has been fixed at minimum of L7, i.e., ₹ 44,900. However, my Department has informed that my DNI will be 1-1-2025. It is requested to kindly clarify, whether am I eligible for DNI from 1-7-2024.
