RULE 38- Number of account to be quoted at the time of the payment of subscription When paying a subscription in India, either by deduction from emoluments or in cash, a subscriber shall quote the number of his account in the Fund, communicated to him by the Accounts Officer. Any change in the number shall similarly be communicated to the subscriber by the Accounts Officer.
