CONNECTED CASES OF ITEMS TRANSFERRED TO UNCLAIMED DEPOSITS SHOULD BE KEPT IN FUND SECTION. 7.31 The connected cases of items transferred to ‘Unclaimed Deposits’ should not be transferred to the Deposit Section but should be retained in the section and filed separately as the latter is responsible for the proper disbursement of the money. The file should be preserved permanently.
