PRESERVATION OF PAPERS AND NOMINATIONS RELATING TO FINAL PAYMENT CASES: 7.26 When final payment is made to the subscriber himself on account of retirement, resignation or dismissal, the nomination form should not be returned to the subscriber. The papers pertaining to each final payment should be separately filed with the nomination form attached thereto. The files should be preserved for the following periods:-
