7.19 With effect from 8-5-2007 Prompt Settlement Register is requied o be maintained in the computer system and closing of PS register is to be made as per the procedure and should be submitted to the Branch officer / D.A.G./Sr.D.A.G. /Fund on 3rd and 18th of every month.
