6.07 The correspondence, relating to the irregular advances, should be separately cased for each year. The cases should not be considered as finally disposed of until the report is sent to Government and Government pass orders thereon. A report to Government need be made only when no satisfactory reply for regulrisation of irregular advance is received either from sanctioning authority or other competent authorities.
