ADJUSTMENT OF MISSING CREDITS/DEBITS ON COLLATERAL EVIDENCE. 5.03 Every effort should be made to ensure that all missing credits/debits in the G.P.Fund Account; of the subscribers are adjusted by tracing the credits/debits. When such efforts fail to locate the credits/debits, the procedure prescribed in the following paras should be followed, for the adjustment of the missing credits/debits in the accounts of the accounts of the subscribers to lessen hardship to them particularly those who retire/die, quit service.
