2.07 The amounts at credit of subscriber, compulsory or optional are under section 2

(a) of the Provident Fund Act of 1925 compulsory deposits and therefore protected from attachment by a Court of Law under Section 3 bid. (G.I.F.D No.6212-P dt.11th Dec.1909.)
