12.04 Calendar of Returns: A calendar of returns in the priscribed form should be maintained in order to observe the due dates prescribed for the various kinds of work in the section. The actual date on which the work is completed should be filled in by the Section Officer /Asstt.Accounts Officer in each case and Calendar submitted to the Gazetted Officer every Monday. It should also be submitted with the monthly Progress report.
