Rule 95 Maintenance and submission of subsidiary accounts and statements by department units. The Head of the unit shall arrange to obtain the orders of Government regarding the nature and form of subsidiary accounts and statements, if any. Such accounts and statements shall be submitted to the Accounts Officer on such date as may be required by him. The same shall be appended to the Appropriation Accounts of each year. IV.
