Rule 195 Monitoring the Contract. The Ministry/Department should be involved throughout in the conduct of consultancy, preferably by taking a task force approach and continuously monitoring the performance of the consultant
(s) so that the output of the consultancy is in line with the Ministry/Department's objectives.
