Rule 21 — GEM

21. Grounds for Administrative Action i) Administrative actions may be taken by GeM against the Buyer or the Seller either suo-moto on the basis of the platform mechanisms identified through analytics or on the basis of a complaint or report made to GeM by any stakeholders or any third party information or upon Court order, inter –alia, for non-adherence to the GeM Website Policies including Terms and Conditions and the Incident Management Policy published on the GeM Website.
