According to Applicant, as per the transfer guidelines of the department, Sonamura CPF is a Group 'C' station and the minimum tenure is 2 (two) years. However, he has been transferred in violation of the said guidelines. Being aggrieved with, the Applicant has submitted a representation, dated 15-6-2023, which is still pending.
