The contents of Readers' Forum certainly helped me in discharging my duties.

Now, I myself has come across with one clarification which may please be sorted out. The details are given below:

"I opted Voluntary Retirement with effect from 9-1-2024 from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (An autonomous body under Ministry of Education, GoI, New Delhi). The Voluntary Retirement has already been accepted by the Competent Authority with effect from 9-1-2024 as per Rules.

As per my service record, my Home Town was declared Amritsar (Punjab) and entry to this effect was attested by the Competent Authority.

Since, I opted for Voluntary Retirement, whether I am entitled for drawal of Last Transfer TA to settle myself and family at my Home Town, i.e. Amritsar as applicable at par to other employees of GoI retiring on superannuation".

Please clarify and oblige.
