Applicant vide Notification, dated 6-12-2019 was promoted as Chief Postmaster-General, Assam Circle, Guwahati. He sought to be posted as CPMG in Chattisgarh Circle. Reasons for posting the Applicant in Assam Circle as a vacancy was available. Within 5 days of his joining, i.e. on 2-12-2019 as PMG Assam Circle, he was posted at Chattisgarh circle.

The grievance of the Applicant is posting him in Chattisgarh Circle instead of Assam Circle where he was working in Assam Circle earlier.
