54. Preparation of list of Government servants due for retirement.- (1) Every Head of Department shall have a list prepared by 15th day of every month, of all Government servants who are due to retire within the next fifteen months of that date.

(2) A copy of every such list shall be supplied to the Accounts Officer concerned before the last day of every month. (3) In the case of a Government servant retiring for reasons other than by way of superannuation, the Head of Office shall inform the Accounts Officer concerned not later than ten days from the date of issue of order regarding retirement of Government servant.
