8.13 PROFORMA ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT EFFECTING MONETARY SETTLEMENT THROUGH RBI 8.13.1 The CGA may authorise Proforma Adjustment through Finance Accounts, i.e. without effecting monetary settlement through the Reserve Bank (Central Accounts Section), on the merits of each case, in the following cases or circumstances:
