15.12.5 e-Kuber (Core Banking System) of RBI: The following functions are performed by RBI (e-Kuber): a. RBI will receive bank Luggage File from all Authorized banks before 6:00 PM on T+1. Consequently, it will debit Authorized Bank’s accounts and correspondingly credit the direct tax account of Government of India maintained in RBI;
