(i) Sector E-Public Debt which includes Internal Debt and External Debt

(ii) State Provident Fund

(iii) Other Accounts and

(iv) Post Office Insurance Fund below the Sector I Small Savings, Provident Funds etc. except heads under NSSF (8001-8008)
